Naomi Parker, LMFT, ADHD-CCSP
In this fast-paced world, it is natural to feel overwhelmed, scattered, or unsure of your next step. Through life’s challenges come lessons, and even in the most disorienting moments, the human spirit remains deeply resilient.
My name is Naomi Parker, and as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, I offer a steady, compassionate space to help you navigate both the “woes” and the “woahs” of life with intention. Whether you are struggling with focus, emotional regulation, executive functioning, relationship stress, or a general sense of feeling stuck, I work collaboratively with you to build practical, sustainable skills that support real change.
I have specialized training in ADHD and extensive experience running executive functioning groups, where I help clients strengthen organization, time management, follow-through, and self-accountability. My approach recognizes that ADHD is not a character flaw or lack of discipline. It is a neurobiological difference that requires tools, structure, and self-understanding rather than shame. Together, we develop strategies that honor how your brain works while reducing overwhelm and increasing confidence.
Grounded in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, I help adults and couples rewrite limiting narratives, access inner strengths, and foster deeper emotional awareness. I am also trained in somatic interventions, which means we pay attention not only to your thoughts but to how stress, trauma, and emotions live in the body. By integrating body-based techniques, we can improve nervous system regulation, increase emotional resilience, and create a stronger sense of safety and presence. When the body feels steadier, clarity and change become more accessible.
Transparency, curiosity, and compassion guide my work. I strive to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story and reclaim parts of yourself that may have felt overlooked, silenced, or overwhelmed. Clients who resonate most with my approach are open to reflection and growth. They are willing to look inward, not just to solve a problem, but to better understand the patterns, emotions, and beliefs shaping their experience. They value authenticity and are motivated to create meaningful, lasting change, even if that means slowing down and rebuilding from the inside out.
Whether you are adjusting to a new chapter, navigating ADHD-related challenges, strengthening your relationship, or reconnecting with yourself, I am here to support you in turning life’s struggles into stepping stones.
Take a breath. Let’s begin.
