Naomi Parker, LMFT, ADHD-CCSP
You're not falling apart. You're in the middle of something hard, and you don't have a map.
Maybe a relationship ended and you're not sure who you are without it. Maybe you're in a new city, a new job, a new chapter, and everyone around you seems to be figuring it out faster than you are. Maybe you and your partner still love each other, but something broke, and you're not sure if it can be put back together.
You're in the right place.
A lot of the people I work with are in their 20s and 30s. They're self-aware, motivated, and doing everything right on paper. They're also grieving something: a relationship, a version of themselves, a life that didn't go the way they planned. And they're tired of processing it alone.
I'm Naomi Parker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I specialize in life transitions, breakups and relationship loss, and couples therapy for partners who want to rebuild trust and find their way back to each other.
For couples, that means creating space to actually hear each other again, not just argue more productively. We work on what broke, why it broke, and what you both need to feel safe enough to try again.
For individuals, we figure out who you are in this new chapter and what you actually want, not what you're supposed to want.
I also work with adults navigating ADHD, especially when it's showing up in their relationships, self-esteem, or ability to move forward through change.
My approach draws on Narrative Therapy, CBT, IFS, and somatic work. We pay attention to what you're thinking and what your body is holding, because transitions and heartbreak don't just live in your head.
If you're ready to stop white-knuckling it through this season and actually feel like yourself again, let's talk.
